    1. I am affiliated with a bona fide registered tourism organization, business, municipality, and/or destination located in Northern Ontario that is actively involved with Destination Northern Ontario or Regional Tourism Organization 13;
    2. If applicable, my affiliated business and/or organization maintains all current relevant licences and levels of insurance;
    3. I agree to participate in the entire agenda and all activities of the program;
    4. I agree to complete pre-trip tasks as assigned;
    5. I agree to actively contribute to discussions during the program, record notes in each presentation, panel and/or peer-to-peer exchange;
    6. I agree to participate in a post-trip debriefing;
    7. I agree to complete a post-trip online evaluation and post-trip assignments(s);
    8. I agree to sign all necessary waivers related to the trip;
    9. I agree to follow all applicable regional and establishment COVID-19 related rules and screen for COVID-19 daily;
    10. I agree to share lessons learned and key observations with colleagues;
    11. I agree to arrange travel to and from the trip departure point and the purchase of cancellation insurance and Out of Province Medical Insurance (if necessary), at my own expense and discretion.
    12. I agree to respect and appreciate the contributions and view of others; and
    13. I agree to implement lessons in a timely manner.
    14. I have read and agree to the participant expectations.
