Here is a high level overview of our Best Practice Mission itinerary.
Monday, September 21: Optional Travel Day to Thunder Bay
It is recommended for those that are not located close to Thunder Bay to use Monday as a travel day. We have a room block available at the Quality Inn Thunder Bay (this is the only night accommodations are not covered).
Tuesday, September 22: Rural Farm Day

Thursday, September 24: Ontario’s Superior Country

| Morning | Downtown Nipigon Walkabout with the Mayor |
| Lunch | Superior Picnic Tour at Ducky’s Diner and Grill Shack |
| Afternoon | Superior Pie Path Stop at Silver Islet General Store |
| Afternoon | Discussion with Ontario’s Superior Country about culinary tourism initiatives |
| 7:30 PM | Group wrap up dinner in Thunder Bay |
| Evening | Final hotel accommodation night provided at Quality Inn |
