To better serve Northern Ontario, TEN is in the process of creating a brand-new interactive online learning environment. Until the new site is launched, the current website will not accept new users.

Created in partnership with Tourism Excellence North (TEN) and Destination Northern Ontario (DNO), the Experiential Travel Tourism micro-credential is for learners interested in the theory, practice, and design of Experiential Tourism Development within the unique Northern Ontario setting.

The Ontario Professional Tourism Industry Specialist (OPTIS) / Northern Ontario Professional Tourism Industry Specialist (NOPTIS) micro-credential programs are designed to empower existing employees by enhancing their skills within their current roles. These comprehensive programs led by industry experts focus on equipping you with the latest tools, strategies, and knowledge to help you excel.

Fast Track to Success: Personalized Coaching for Your Business
Experience a one-of-a-kind coaching journey with TEN’s Fast Track to Success (FTS) program. Work with a skilled TEN Trainer who will join you onsite and provide invaluable insights and practical advice to enhance your operation.
ONLINE TRAINING
Experience Fishing
Experience Fishing is a Northern Ontario industry-led initiative that provides participating operators with the tools and resources needed to offer a standardized, safe, and unique fishing experience at their operations to non-angler visitors who are new to the experience of fishing.
This online course includes lessons that cover a range of subjects that can help you successfully develop and market not only the Experience Fishing program but can also be applied to other areas of your business.
